We pair fast response with prevention: CPR classes, car-seat checks, fall-prevention, and home safety visits. On policing, our partnership with the Montgomery County Sheriff delivers consistent patrols, school safety support, and community-oriented policing for both Township and Centerville residents we serve.

I run a disciplined pavement plan that fixes the right roads at the right time—resurfacing, crack sealing, and spot repairs that extend pavement life and save money. We’re closing sidewalk gaps near schools and parks, improving crossings, and tackling curb and drainage issues that cause flooding and shorten street life. I also pursue grants and coordinate schedules so projects move efficiently with fewer disruptions to neighborhoods.

I’m keeping our RecPlex, parks, and community events vibrant and family-friendly—from camps and youth sports to senior wellness, theater, and township traditions. We focus on access and inclusion so residents of every age and ability can participate. Investments are targeted and accountable, enhancing quality of life while respecting taxpayer dollars.

I support smart, responsible growth that fits our Township’s character and lifts property values. We’re updating plans and zoning to make good projects clear and predictable, while protecting established neighborhoods with strong design, traffic, and stormwater standards. I work closely with schools, businesses, and regional partners so new investment brings amenities and jobs without shifting unnecessary costs to residents.
